The Atoma Desktop Studio provides an interactive 3D graphical environment for real-time molecular modeling, crystal lattice inspection, and energy minimization.

• Real-Time Factor (RTF) Telemetry: Tracks physical timestep $\Delta t$, simulation latency, update frequency, and synchronization status.
• Accurate 3D Orbital Navigation: Standard CAD orbiting (with natural pitch and yaw), pan, and zoom controls.
• Occlusion-Corrected Visuals: Bond cylinders and vectors render strictly behind atom spheres, preventing visual artifacts.
• Preset Library: Instant access to standard chemical structures including Water ($H_2O$), Methane ($CH_4$), Carbon Dioxide ($CO_2$), Benzene ($C_6H_6$), and Ethanol ($C_2H_5OH$).
• Live Minimization: Interactive steepest-descent relaxation with animated atomic trajectory convergence.
